Dunn Street Farm is open for camping from the end of March to the beginning of November.  Out of season the fields are grazed by our sheep to keep the grass in good condition.

We have two fields available for camping; Strawberry Field, our main field is at the far end of the farm yard.  Pitches are not marked but visitors can pitch anywhere around the perimeter of the field.  Electric Hook Up points are available at the near end and down the left hand side of the field.  Visitors not requiring EHU are requested to pitch at the far end or down the right hand side of the field.   The grass around the perimeter is kept short while the grass in the middle of the field is grown for hay making in July.  Cars are permitted on Strawberry field only for unloading and loading and must be parked in the adjacent parking area.  There are mains water taps at each end of the field, adjacent to the gates.

Brocks’ Paddock, our second camping field, is available on a limited basis for tent camping only and is located opposite the main farm entrance.  Campers are allowed to keep their cars by their tents in Brocks Paddock but there are no EHU points available.  There is a mains water tap by the gate.

The campsite check-in, toilets, showers and washing up facilities are located between the two fields in the farmyard.

Dunn Street farm is intended to be a quiet, family site so please do not cause disturbance to other campers, no car stereos etc. and keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm.

Dogs are permitted on site by arrangement only.

Fire pits and bbqs are permitted so long as precautions are taken not to damage the grass – there are bricks and blocks on site for making  a base.  Camp fires on the ground are not permitted.  We sell locally produced firewood and charcoal on site.  Please do not take wood from the hedgerows as this can cause long term damage.
